&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Hyalurons\u00e4ure-Typen verglichen wurde: einem unvernetzten Natriumhyaluronat (AV) und einem unvernetzten Natriumhyaluronat in Kombination mit Mannitol (OP).<\/p>\n<ul style=\"\">\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">&nbsp;CM-Gruppe (19 Patienten, 30 Knie): 3 Injektionen (3 ml PRP + 2 ml HA) alle 15 Tage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">&nbsp;AV-Gruppe (19 Patienten, 30 Knie): 3 Injektionen (2ml HA) 1\u00d7 w\u00f6chentlich \u00fcber 3 Wochen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">OP-Gruppe (15 Patienten, 30 Knie): 3 Injektionen von HA + Mannitol (2 ml) 1\u00d7 <span>w\u00f6chentlich&nbsp;<\/span>\u00fcber 3 Wochen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"\">Ergeb<em><\/em>nisse<\/p>\n<ul style=\"\">\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Schmerz und funktionelle Ergebnisse, die mit VAS, WOMAC, KOOS und IKDC Scores (nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orthopaedicscore.com\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.orthopaedicscore.com)<\/a> bewertet wurden, zeigten eine statistisch signifikante Verbesserung 2, 6 und 12 Monate nach der letzten &nbsp;Injektion im Vergleich &nbsp;zu den Ausgangswerten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Die Verbesserung in der CM-PRP-HA-Gruppe war im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden Gruppen nach 2 Monaten signifikant und hoch signifikant (p&lt;0,01) nach 6 und 12 Monaten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Statistisch signifikante Verbesserung der Knorpeldicke wurde 2, 6 und 12 Monate nach dem Ende der CM-PRP-HA Behandlung &nbsp;auf den lateralen (p&lt;0,05) und medialen (p&lt;0,01) Kompartimenten beobachtet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"396\" data-init-width=\"1409\" data-init-height=\"751\" title=\"Diagramme ACP-HA Studie 2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.regenlab.de\/cellularmatrix-bei-kniearthrose\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Diagramme-ACP-HA-Studie-2-1.png\" data-width=\"996\" data-height=\"531\" mt-d=\"-1\" style=\"\" ml-d=\"0\" width=\"996\" height=\"531\" mt-m=\"-25.94799999999998\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Studie 2 F\u00fcr \u00c4rzte \/&nbsp;CELlULAR MATRIX bei Kniearthrose&nbsp;\/&nbsp;Studie 2 Klinische Studie.
