Die Erfolgsrate betr\u00e4gt 83,6% bei Patienten, die auf eine vorangegangene Therapie mit HA allein nicht ausreichend ansprachen.<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"60512\" data-init-width=\"37\" data-init-height=\"28\" title=\"Quote_ right marks\" src=\"https:\/\/lp-build.thrivethemes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Quote_-right-marks.png\" data-width=\"37\" data-height=\"28\" width=\"37\" height=\"28\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Eine prospektive Multicenterstudie wurde bei Patienten mit Arthrose im Kniegelenk durchgef\u00fchrt, die auf eine Behandlung mit alleiniger HA-Therapie nicht ansprachen. Die Patienten erhielten 3 Injektionen der mit <span>C<span>ellular<\/span> M<span>atrix<\/span><\/span> aufbereiteten Regen PRP-HA-Kombination (CM-PRP-HA).<\/p>\n<ul style=\"\">\n<li style=\"\">Anzahl der Patienten: 77 (83 Knie)<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Durchschnittliches Alter: 63 Jahre<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Kellgren-Lawrence Grading Scale: Grad II (43,4 %) und Grad III (56,6 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"\">Ergebnisse<\/p>\n<ul style=\"\">\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">83,6 % der Patienten waren \u201eStrict Responders\u201c auf die Behandlung mit CM-PRP-HA, basierend auf den &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; OMERACT-OARSI-Kriterien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Ein signifikanter R\u00fcckgang der Schmerzen, bewertet durch den WOMAC A1-Score, wurde zwischen Tag 0 und Tag 270 festgestellt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Die Behandlung zeigte langanhaltende Wirkung bei der H\u00e4lfte der Patienten und verhinderte die Notwendigkeit einer Operation bei fast 80 % der Patienten f\u00fcr mindestens 4 Jahre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"\"><strong>Schlussfolgerung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Diese Studie zeigt, dass 3 Injektionen von CM-PRP-HA ein neuer medizinischer Ansatz f\u00fcr Patienten sind, die nicht auf die Behandlung mit HA allein angesprochen haben und bieten somit in den meisten F\u00e4llen eine Alternative zur Knieoperation.<sup>7<\/sup><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Studie 1 F\u00fcr \u00c4rzte \/&nbsp;CELLULAR MATRIX bei Kniearthrose&nbsp;\/&nbsp;Studie 1 Multizentrische und prospektive Studie.
